• Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.
• LBL LASH ACADEMY AND SUPPLY/LASHED BY LERONICA is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen orders. PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER WITH THESE CONCERNS.
• NO REFUNDS. Merchandise can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.
• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original order date. Returns made beyond this time limit will be refused and/or mailed back to the shipping address of the original order.
• Returns must be in the same condition as was originally with original packaging and proof of purchase (receipt).
• Damaged goods, shortages, and discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of receipt of your order.
• Items marked final sale in the product description are not eligible for returns, store credit, or exchange.

Any charges for returned orders due to customer error (incorrect address, refused/undeliverable orders, etc...) will be the responsibility of the customer.
